- I was a "Navy Baby", born in Malta where my dad was stationed. Went to mixed comprehensive school, but dashed the hopes of parents by not going to University. Instead, worked for a while in a research laboratory, where I showed a remarkable aptitude for genetic engineering. Then a twist of fate and a conveniently placed school friend got me a job at Marvel Comics. Now been in or around that field for a long, long time. Now, I'm a senior comics editor working on such prestigious titles as The Simpsons and Transformers. I am also regularly confused with the Steve White who drummed for The Style Council, and Steve White, the sci-fi author. I've also been called "The John Milius of Paleoart" which I take as a compliment. I also have my very own Wikipedia page.
